Love it !

I love the size of this computer and the keyboard, but that is about it. The screen quality is awful. There is no definition of line when you are working on a document,, unable to see what you are highlighting, The use of excel is useless on this computer. I needed this computer for school and it is not going to work. Very disappointed. Will not be buying a computer online again.

Overall a good laptop for daily use. Lightweight and easy to move from room to room as needed. The only downside is the internal mic doesn’t pick up my voice well and I had to acquire an external mic.

Satisfied purchase! I have nothing negative to say about this product.

microsoft added a new very annoying feature called s mode, security mode. it is absolutely horrendous. it prevents you from downloading anything that is not microsoft approved. so no games, no chrome browser extension. online it says it’s super easy to get out of s mode. just go through settings and whatnot. WRONG. the app store that you have to go through to get out of s mode. never. loads. i went through countless hours talking to microsoft support and researching how to get out of s mode. final verdict is that “servers might be down” (don’t you think microsoft technical support would know if servers were down) anyways so i waited and waited and kept trying again and still nothing. i’m returning this one and getting a macbook at this point. apple sucks but is still better than microsoft after this incident. AND BEWARE this is for all microsoft computers. it’s built in to windows 11. maybe you’ll have better luck than i did but wow this has frustrated me to a new extent. if you just need a computer for checking the news and facebook and occasional things like that it’s really not a bad computer. but god forbid i use chromes browser over microsoft’s painful bing.

I am very pleased with the laptop and love the touchscreen function.

Had windows 10 S mode. Should’ve said that in description. Also had version 1903. Other than that it looked and appears to be new. Should have said s mode in description. Can’t use apps other than Microsoft. Unacceptable

I have had this laptop for a little more than a year and a half now-plenty of time to decide that its a great laptop. I am a huge fan of Mac/Apple products-I have iPhone, iPad, Mac desktop. To clarify, I was looking for a knock around, cheap laptop that I wouldnt be too upset about if I dropped it or, God forbid, lost it after paying Apple/Mac prices. I was also looking for one that also had a numeric key pad. Bingo! THIS was it! And its perfect for doing what I need to do when traveling. Easy enough to slide into my (large) purse, not too terribly heavy, security seems solid, I can handle emails, bill paying, research AND its great for movies!!!! I doubt that this would be the go to laptop for gamers and techno geeks, but for the everyday user, like me, its perfect.

The functionality of this unit ius just fine. The sound and picture are clear and consistent. But, I bought this specifically because of the advertised long battery life of 10-11 hours. It barely covers 5-6 hours. I am on dialysis and sit in 3 1/2 hour sessions. I wanted nthis to hold a battery charge for 2 complete sessions. It does not and I have to take it home and recharge it when Id rather leave it in the trunk of my car after one session, leave it there until and through the next one. I cant. Very disappointed with that aspect.
