For the price, its a bargain. I replaced the 250 ssd with a 1TB ssd and my crystaldisk score increased 30%. I have a M1 MacBook Air with a retina display that is excellent but it is 13.3 inch screen not 15.6. The MacBook Air also cost $999. My daily driver are all osx and ios apple products but if your not an apple fan, there are plenty of great laptops for PC users.

I have had this laptop for a little more than a year and a half now-plenty of time to decide that its a great laptop. I am a huge fan of Mac/Apple products-I have iPhone, iPad, Mac desktop. To clarify, I was looking for a knock around, cheap laptop that I wouldnt be too upset about if I dropped it or, God forbid, lost it after paying Apple/Mac prices. I was also looking for one that also had a numeric key pad. Bingo! THIS was it! And its perfect for doing what I need to do when traveling. Easy enough to slide into my (large) purse, not too terribly heavy, security seems solid, I can handle emails, bill paying, research AND its great for movies!!!! I doubt that this would be the go to laptop for gamers and techno geeks, but for the everyday user, like me, its perfect.

Laptop was Grey on Grey color and keys,hard to see.It functioned fine for 2 weeks,then 1 day screen went dark and never illuminated again. Had to return,and had no issues with that from seller

To those scrolling thinking this is brand new, while the laptop is new out of box it is not anywhere near the manufactured date. This is an out of date Windows 10 laptop. The screen ratio is awful. I bought it thinking the touch screen feature would be enough for me to overcome the ratio problem. Its not. Ive had it for 3yrs and annoyed every day.

the computer does not turn on, I changed the cables the other computer works, here not even the connection light

I wasted my money for this piece of junk. I went to vacation for 1 month and when I came back it wasn’t turning on and star to making a awful noise. Very disappointed with this computer. Make sure you buy the new one from the main store. They sell you used and refurbished item for their profit.

It comes in S mode although it doesnt specify that it is an S mode model in the specs. I had to do a factory reset twice to get it to boot up properly, so I decided to returned it.
