19-12-2024These work fine for a good 1 1/2 years. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. Seriously, if you don’t want to deal with the slowness buy an HP Elitebook. It costs more money but you get what you pay for. I know this because my work computer is an Elitebook and has no hiccups. I’ve had it for 4 years. I turn it on and I’m up and running in 2 minutes. I will never buy another Pavilion again. Never.

Greater than one weekI specifically ordered this because it promised windows 10 but it came with windows 11 installed and no backdown ability to windows 10. I tried it to see if I could keep it but windows 11 is horrid. It doesnt let us do simple things like download something directly to the desktop and it has encrypted stuff so that we cant use our external hard drives for backup because they arent encrypted. I hate to lose all the work I did moving my files to this PC but I have decided that the future with this PC would be horrendous. I am resetting it and returning it.

> 3 dayNot good quality. Maybe I got a lemon. Too many glitches. Kept freezing and programs wouldnt load. I had to perform a PC reset twice and still didnt fix issues. I have an older Intel Core I5 that runs faster than this laptop. Touchscreen was great but overall not a good product.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this laptop. Clean, light and very responsive. Im still waiting to get a pen for it so I can get to drawing. With everything Ive done with it so far I foresee few if any problems. I have streamed my Xbox on it and it looks great, I definitely wouldnt try to get any serious gaming going on it, but for what Im mainly using it for, it has far exceeded my expectations.

> 3 dayThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

> 3 dayHad this for about three months. Nice laptop. Touchscreen nice touch. Power button stopped responding yesterday. Will have to send in for a repair. Can’t say it’s dependable.
