> 3 dayIt is true, battery life is poor, and it keeps disconnecting from wi-fi. In this century, there is no plausible reason for a computer that costs this much to have these flaws. Have not decided whether to send it back. I still use a Toshiba and a Dell, this one was lighter for taking to other countries. I wanted a backlit keyboard. You start out putting all your data on it, only to find out the flaws as you go. Very discouraging, do not know if it is Win 10 or HP. Will get to the bottom of it and update this poor review. There wasnt a whole lot of comments when I purchased. Pen and touch work decent, so does the switching to tablet like mode.

> 3 dayI’ve been buying HP computers for many years. I usually have them custom built, but this time, I took a Prime Day deal that was too good to pass up. Once I got everything set up, the computer is exactly right for me in every way except the built-in mouse. There’s plenty of storage/memory, the touchscreen works well, graphics look sharp, the screen is just the right size, and I love the 360 convertible feature. I don’t use the tablet mode often yet, but it makes watching videos and playing online games easier. It was easy to set up my preferences for what to do when I turn the lid in different directions. The laptop is lightweight and easy to tote around. The power button is on the side, which can be inconvenient. I have unintentionally put my computer in sleep mode a couple of times by picking up the laptop and inadvertently pressing that button. I have changed the setup so that nothing happens when I hit the power button.

> 3 dayGreat laptop it was very easy to setup and is very light and convenient. The only thing that bothered me was the mouse pad because if you barley tap on it, it starts to mess with screen and changes where I was at so just gotta be light with it. This was my first ever laptop purchase and I’m very pleased with it. Thanks

> 3 dayThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

> 3 dayThe laptop worked only for one day. This laptop wouldnt turn on even with a fully charged battery. After several attempts and hours it turned on but I was afraid to keep it after contacting tech support. Additionally, the tech stated the laptop only had 4 months remaining on the HP/manufacturer warranty.

> 3 dayI really like almost everything about this model, except for the placement of the power switch - which is along the left side of the keyboard. Kind of odd for a machine that is designed to be versatile and mobile. Also, the power cord connects to all my other HP notebooks on the left side, and this one connects on the right side. Not a big deal but now all places I use my computer in my house are opposite, so when I need the cord, it has to cross over me. Still, good price for this model and Im happy. I would recommend.
