Infant Optics DXR-8 PRO Add-on Camera (Not Compatible with DXR-8), White

It has a great picture on a nice big screen. Way better than a Motorola one we had before. But its nowhere near as loud as the Motorola and the battery doesnt last as long. Not loud enough even in some quiet-ish environments. The ANR is weird when on full volume as it makes a warbling sound depending on your white noise machine and how close it is. Turning the volume down one notch helps a lot. But now its even less loud than before. And ANR has to reinitialize when you turn the screen on so you get a blast of white noise (if you have some running in the nursery) before it initializes. I havent tested the range on it yet though. Overall its a nice monitor system but seems to have some bugs. Split screen would have been nice too with alerts as to which camera has a noise spike. But you cant have it all can you. But Id like to have seen this at a lower price given the amount of bugs it has.

Don’t even read any of the bad reviews! Listen to mine, this is the best camera/a for your babies! U can add up to 4 cameras and u can move the camera around different mounts for it. Sounds it perfect even has a setting to cover background noise!

The first package I received was as expected and the monitor and camera work great then I got a separate camera that I can add such as this but I have a lot of trouble connecting the power on it I think it has a shortage inside the camera because the light doesn’t come on or connect to the monitor.

I got this baby monitor after reading good reviews about it. So far my experience has been great. The image quality is crystal clear, and the monitor is very easy to use. The controls are intuitive and I didnt have to even use the manual to figure out how to use it. The battery life is good, and I hope will stay that way.

Already having trouble getting this monitor to charge. After only 3 weeks I have to wiggle the charger around to get it to start charging. Super frustrating.

Great camera. We bough this additional camera to monitor the whole room, while the one that came with the baby monitor is above her crib. Great quality!

We love it! Drowns out the sound machine so it’s silent unless our baby makes a noise. The green LED on the side let’s us know it’s still monitoring and we can just keep and eye on it going red if we’re watching TV. Range has been good but we live in a single storey 3bed house so it’s not massive. Only issue is availability outside the US, we live in Australia and getting add on units is impossible! 1080p would be nice in the next update

Purchased an additional camera for our second son. It’s great being able to flip back and forth between rooms on one monitor!

Love this baby monitor. Better than expected and worth every penny!

I love the fact these cameras are non wifi. Night vision is great. Picture quality is great. These need to be plugged in and can mount to the walls. I have about 5 of them and the only problem I have is one of the gears for the title broke after a small fall. The pan still works awesome. I am also amazed at the reception these got with the monitor.
