Intel Core i7-8700K Desktop Processor 6 Cores up to 4.7GHz Turbo Unlocked LGA1151 300 Series 95W

I bought the i7 8700k but instead I get this super old Intel card...

Working great so far. No issues, used Cooler Master Hyper RR-212E-20PK-R2 LED CPU Cooler with PWM Fan with the build in the ASUS ROG Strix board. Did some gaming in WoW so far.

Great Price! Fantastic speed! Runs at low temps even when overclocked.

Finally, more than 4 cores in an Intel chip, thanks AMD! This thing is a powerhouse. Im still trying to find something to give it any sort of a workout.

Bought this i7-8700K from Computer Technology - Next Day Delivery Available (supposedly a Taiwan company) and so far Im kind of disappointed but for non-processor related issues. The delivery time was much faster than expected, however, if youre a fan of saving your boxes (and having them look pretty sexual as I do) then youll be quite disappointed as well. A huge sticker in a foreign language covers the CORE i7 UNLOCKED logo & let me tell you, that thing is glued on tight -- I took it off and now the whole front looks like it was sprayed with a full magazine of an AK-47 (and the person shooting didnt know what spray control is). The only reason this way disappointing is because it was advertised as any other i7-8700K box; clear on the front. Anyways, apart from that, the only thing I can comment on is that its smaller than I expected but has a hefty weight for something of its size. Ive never held a processor and didnt know what to expect to be honest. Its still in its box, however, it didnt fall apart or break when I held it, so it seems okay. Just ordered my motherboard (ASUS Z370-E) and will be ordering the rest of my computer parts in due course. Fingers crossed the thing works!
