Greater than one weekGot it for my small business. Came with a roll of labels and the set up was super easy. Havent tried to print from my phone yet, but seems simple enough. It is a bit bulkier than I thought.

> 3 dayA GREAT INVESTMENT. I’ve been running an Etsy store for the past 6 months and although I loved getting orders, it was always a hassle to print shipping labels bc I had to tape them by hand. I finally caved and bought this hoping to make life easier and IT HAS BEEN AMAZING. It seriously has saved so much time and it is soooo satisfying to use. The print quality is about an 8/10 which is perfectly adequate for me. Everything is legible and clean. I would definitely recommend!!!

> 3 dayI received my printer today, I had trouble setting it up. I did everything the manual it came with said and what I could find on the internet. The customer service number does not work and you will not get an answer back. Im highly disappointed in the product. I tried setting up through my android and the only thing is the blank labels. I cant get this piece of junk to work at all. Im returning this for a better product. Seriously, spend the extra money and get a well known printer.

Greater than one week2 Stars because the print quality is excellent, but when i talked with tech support before ordering the assured me it would take generic 4x6 labels like the ones id been using in my Zebra printer for the last 20 years. It does not. It only seems to work with their labels. On the bright side, their proprietary labels are much cheaper than Dymo or Zebra.
