Thought it was “cool” then it broke. What a waste. Oh and it was much smaller than my sons old backpack.

Bought for our daughter. She loves it. It was exactly what she wanted and so far its holding up well.

I bought for my son as a university student. He loves that.

Used about 4 weeks. Leather sueded bottom is peeling. Horrible warranty! They want the backpack shipped back so they can decide if it’s covered under warranty or normal wear and tear. JanSport shame on you! What is my kid suppose to use while you decide? So I have to buy a new backpack to use until you can tell me if you are going to cover the horrible quality of your backpack? Not okay! I should not have to replace this backpack in order for you to stand by your product! I will NEVER purchase JanSport again and I will make sure everyone knows how horrible your quality has became!

I spent more than I would normally spend bc Jansport backpacks just hold up SO much better than cheaper generic brand backpacks. I have a 6th grader who has only carried jansport and both since kindergarten are in like new condition. She wanted a Grey backpack for middle school so I got her and off brand backpack that got great reviews a strap ripped off and zipper broke half way through the school year so I got her this jansport as a replacement and I am uper satisfied with my purchase, I highly recommend it!!

Quality, is great, bag is spacious, and stylish.
