Greater than one weekThe stitching on the straps are very uneven, and messed up. My daughter pointed out a mistake in the straps not matching up. Not what you would expect/ want when paying more money for this brand. Dissatisfied, and disappointed.

> 3 dayWe have had the item for a little bit over a month, and the arm part broke last week. I have always loved Jansport items, but this one was made very cheap. I cant believe it broke already, my daughter doesnt put much in her backpack for it to break.
