> 3 dayI have only used this backpack for a month, but it has worked great for me. It fits my 15 inch laptop with ease. My only complaints are sometimes the zippers get stuck in the material, and the water bottle holder is a little small. Other than that, I love it!

Greater than one weekThis backpack is used for work and I absolutely love it!! Very durable and comfortable, adjustable straps. Also, this backpack has plenty of storage and organizational pockets.

> 3 daythe strange curly shape of the straps are pulling in such a way on the shoulders that they are turned to the edge and so the whole weight is not distributed on the width of the strap but on the edge of it which is becoming very uncomfortable because this is a bigger backpack that can hold more weight terrible design absolutely terrible design.
