Will not turn on anymore. No blue light, no reset, nothing. Plug is dead. I’d like to return this but the return window is closed.

Unlike in the picture, where it clearly shows this plug in an outlet with plenty of room around it for another item to plug in, thats just not the case. This thing is large enough that it will block a second outlet. Which is a shame because all theyd have to have done is more where the pins come out to allow space. But its right in the middle so just totally blocks the other outlet. Second, I couldnt get this to connect after trying a dozen times. I tried auto/ez, manual mode, multiple options. Nothing worked. And I have a number of other devices and Alexa plugs that work great. Finally, from the audible clicks as it switches configurations to just the feel, build quality does not feel good. Id be concerned about any real use. You get what you pay for. In this case I took a chance on a cheap item. My plan is to just throw it away.

This works great with alexa. It has three different control using the app. One for each plug sockets and separate control for the usb. It also has a power on/off button to control it manually. The led light for the plugs is a plus so you can tell wether the socket has power or not. You can use the app to set a schedule for it to automatically turn on/off based on your preference. Great product.

I bought two of these in hopes of streamlining my lighting. One doesn’t even turn on and the other will not connect to my app after trying for an hour.

So, this thing works as intended. The relays are a bit loud for the two sockets. Was easy to install and setup. Only issue is this thing takes up so much room that you cannot use the other plug in the wall socket for a grounded device. It just will not fit. Other than that one issue, this works well thus far.

This was such a good purchase for the money I paid. The outlet itself is simple and stylish. I love that you can control each outlet thru WiFi. It makes it so easy to switch off individual appliances. Set up and installation was a breeze. I highly recommend this product.

I have my treadmill downstairs, so I use Alexa to turn on the treadmill, cooling fan and light on the stairs before I go down to exercise. This plug made it easy to integrate to one command to start my workout safely. I can also issue separate commands when I am done with the treadmill to turn off individual components when I move to weights and floor work. Its great to have the USB to connect my phone and tablet to, as well. I am rural, so I rely on cellular wifi, and my wifi hot spot limits the number of devices I can connect. Having multiple connections on a single plug solves my smart home issues.

Ive been using smart plugs since 2018, which Id integrate with Alexa to make my lights, lamps, tv and speakers smart. I also use these to create schedules, that way I could protect my iphone from being charged entire night. I tried tons of smart plugs from the amazon, but this is the best one till date. Pros: Finding app was easy (Just scan the QR code through your camera) Adding device took less than 30secs (Hold power button for 5secs, add a device from app) You can control 2 plugs, usb from the app itself Warranty (Very less number of manufactures have warranty on smart plugs) Occupies very less place Cons: Ive been using this device from the past 6days, couldnt find any drawback/issue till now. Will definitely update the review if I find any. Im definitely going to buy 2more of these.
