Cooling system is great for Ps5 and it’s easy to use

The light tends to get distracting and the fan is slightly noisy. Not bad per se but probably wouldn’t buy it.

My son has a habit of leaving his controller and headphones everywhere- in addition to the cooling fan this provides a place to dock both of those things. My son enjoys the lights as well.

I got this because my husband has his controllers everywhere, and his headphones just layin on the coffee table. I pick them up and have to put them away, and this helps keep them in one spot so that they can charge, but still look organized and not just charging and laying around. It is nice that it keeps the Playstation cool while he is playing and that his controllers are always ready to play and he doesnt have to look for headphones.

There is a screw on the bottom of this to attach to the PS5...what they dont tell you is you have to pull the little plastic plug out of the bottom of the PS5 for that to work. That isnt the flaw...the flaw is that the fan resets after the PS5 powers on or off (or goes into sleep mode). So if the fan is off and you turn the PS5 on, the fan will turn on but when you put the PS5 back to sleep the fan stays on...so you have to walk over and push the button to turn the fan back off. Easy to do, but annoying flaw.

This unit does what it says it does, well, at least in terms of the confirmable functions. I have no idea how to determine if it is actually keeping my PS5 any cooler, but the fan is there and it runs, so it is pulling hot air off the bottom and that should make things better.

This was exactly what I needed for my PS5. It was easy to setup. I think it’s a great value and will last a long time. Totally recommend!
