Idk how to turn rgb/fan on. It just arrived and I plugged the cable into my ps5 but nothing is happening.

There is a screw on the bottom of this to attach to the PS5...what they dont tell you is you have to pull the little plastic plug out of the bottom of the PS5 for that to work. That isnt the flaw...the flaw is that the fan resets after the PS5 powers on or off (or goes into sleep mode). So if the fan is off and you turn the PS5 on, the fan will turn on but when you put the PS5 back to sleep the fan stays on...so you have to walk over and push the button to turn the fan back off. Easy to do, but annoying flaw.

Looks really great under the PlayStation and is not super loud which is great! The chargers for the controllers are a huge bonus too!

Does exactly what its designed to do. Cannot use the charge function as our boys have protective cases on their controllers, but thats not why we got it. It serves its purpose, keeps the PS5 cool, and is NOT noisy.
