Klein Tools 69445 Magnetic Hanger Without Strap for Klein Tools Clamp Meters and Multimeters with Powerful Rare Earth Magnets

Ok it works but not too good for me. I need it help with stainless steel. But didnt buy it for this reason.

I am comparing this to the magnetic holder for my fluke 87. This klein holder with my klein meter wont even stay attached to the side of my refrigerator. It sticks and then slides down slowly. Granted, the side of my refrigerator has texture to it but the fluke is heavier and stays attached like it was glued on. On smoother metal panels this magnetic holder and Klein meter do a better job.

Wasnt sure it was available, but really helps when Im trying to test electrical panels. Worth ever penny, wish I knew it was available years ago.

Makes using the meter so much easier by letting the Magnet hold the meter.

Magnet is strong enough to hold the device where it needs be. The problem is that its not totally secure when it attaches to your meter. Its a little lose and can slide off and get lost if you arent paying attention. Some time of retention tab would be nice. I recommend pulling some electrical tape between your meter and this thing then slide it on - this makes it might more snug and less likely to come off. I thought about gluing it but didnt necessarily want it permanent in case I replace the meter. Knocked off 1 star because of this issue.

its a great convenience when using a meter in 600 volt panels.

Works great for hanging my meter so I can see it while testing.

Doesnt stay clipped to meter. Will randomly pop off in the bag and gets in the way of the leads.
