Works well, and a necessary accessory for my Klein Clamp meter.

So the magnet holds but isnt as strong as the fluke branded ones. The strap is also fairly short and I will probably end up replacing it with something thats twice the length for my own preference. For the price it was worth it as now I can use both leads without having to hold onto the meter as well.

I use this attachment daily!! It is a huge help when you’re on the job testing wires and need both hands but nowhere to set your meter. The mag is very strong and does not damage surfaces.

I have struggled for years with trying to hold my meter while troubleshooting Fire Alarm panels. This is a strong magnet and it holds my meter perfectly while I work on the panel.

WARNING: You cant use the multimeter with the magnet attached to the rear of the tester IN DC MODE. Instructions tell you this ! After reading this I tried to cancel order but too late. I need the meter using DC mode more than AC mode. I tied a string through the hole and made a loop tying the magnet to the meter so it hangs.. BUY THE MAGNET WITH THE HANG STRAP.

Works great, exactly as it says it should work, installing it is very easy.

Good to have this on your Klein clamp meter. Definitely helps during checking or troubleshooting electrical systems..

Bought a more expensive multimeter in order to measure small DC current in RV applications- but the manual states this hanger is not compatible with DC current usage
