We got this for our perennate camp site that we are metered for our electric usage. I believe in the concept 100 percent but due to the cable being too short we could not use this! [The meter was in the way!] To make an extension cord to the line was too expensive, so we had to send it back reluctantly! I recommend this for all move around campers, a great way to be covered for incorrect wiring!

I’m sure this product would pass through electricity just fine but I don’t like that it’s not labeled with UL or ETL listed logos. This leads me to believe it’s just a copy of something that once was tested. If this product is truly listed then why wouldn’t they put the makings on the device. It’s usually very expensive to get the listing on products so why wouldn’t they mark it if they really had it gone through the UL ETL testing requirements?

Like the title says, really solid construction, easy to use. Stays plugged in really solid, so it wont fall out. Handy lock for security.

I feel much better having this for our RV. You never know what could happen and this is a useful thing to have! It came very quickly and just as described.

Something isn’t right.

So far so good but the waterproof cover isn’t quite deep enough to close over a plug with an easy grip handle

Super easy to install and work with. Im a new RV owner and did some research on surge protectors to go with a recently purchase circuit analyzer to protect my investment then I realized this was a 2 in one and returned the initally purchased circuit analyzer (oops, Im new). Came across this product at an absolutely great price. Easy recommendation for anyone. Im no electrician, mathematician or magician but if I can use this successfully you can too.

Easy to use, works as expected. The cover protects from the weather. The lock could be better. The cord is thin and doesn’t offer the best security of the device.
