I bought this to keep my 4TB external hard drive safe. Its been only a week now. But so far I like this. It is sturdy and easy to carry. It has some space to keep my flash drive as well.

Good fit for my 5tb

This case is well built an should offer a lot of protection to the drive its holding. It has a wrist strap that makes it (almost) easy to pull it out of a side pocket of a carry case for my laptop - the only complaint being that it has an odd swiveling contraption on one side that sticks out and catches everything - including the edges of the pocket it is in - which makes it hard to get in/out as well as interfering with other items I add/remove from the same pocket. The wrist strap has a small metal clasp that connects to a metal D loop on the case. This clasp is too small to connect to this swiveling loop on the back of the case. I dont know what its purpose is, but for my use it is annoying and gets in the way. See the attached image - this is circled in yellow.
