Very nice product that holds my iPad in the ideal position. My iPad has a protective case and this holds it without issue.

Its the perfect stand for both mine and my wifes iphones and ipads. Seemed a tiny bit on the expensive side at first glance, but its so well made and versatile that I quickly forgot about the price and ordered a couple more.

Works just as advertised. Sturdy, adjustable, no-skid pads on the bottom of the stand and the holder.
