> 3 dayawful. its not real granite. I was totally mislead because they say good alternative to plastic im like what?! this is plastic. it sits up way too high for my baby ferrets. they have to get on their back legs to reach it. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Greater than one weekI have my African Grey in an indoor aviary and I originally tried using two ceramic bowls and it didnt turn out well, she kept tipping them over. So I bought these and they work great. I put them near the pull-out door on the side of the aviary and they are very easy to unscrew so I can replace water/food and my African Grey sits on the edges of them all the time while she eats and she never loses her balance, and she also cant unscrew them or tip them off. They also look nice. Great deal!

> 3 dayThis is just what Ive been looking for. My dog loves tipping over bowls with food/water in them. Previously, I used some plastic bowls that attached to the crate but the attachments were not strong enough and she was able to nudge them out. She would also love chewing on the plastic bowls. This metal bowl works great because the attachment to the crate has yet to be breached and shes unable to disfigure the bowl by chewing on it since it is metal. I just wish they offered them in larger sizes. 20oz is pretty small for a small-medium sized dog (beagle of 26lbs).

Greater than one weekIm using this as a water bowl for my pet rats. Its pretty big for them, but its sturdy and even strong enough that they can climb right over it (as rats are wont to do) and the build quality is brilliant. Couldnt be happier!

> 3 dayWe have been using these bowls for many years for our parrots. We have some old ones, at least 5 maybe 10 years old, that even my blue and gold macaw was not able to destroy. Last year I purchased several replacements and they are all breaking around the center of the bowls where the attachment piece is. It seems as if the compound has changed or they are using less stock in the molds only Lixit knows for sure. Maybe just a bad batch. Definitely not as durable as in the past. Very disappointing because I love the design. The large birds dont just toss the bowls when locked in. It works well in my big cages and it is easy to just swap bowls quickly for easy cleaning in the dishwasher later having spares on hand.

05-04-2025I use these for my parrot food and water. I have them in cages and some on trees. I usually hand wash but have put them in the dishwasher too. My macaws haven’t destroyed the bowl yet. They will chew on the holder if it is empty.
