Mary Ellens 128-Ounce Best Press Gallon Refill, Lavender

Unfortunately, instead of receiving the Lavender scent that I was SO looking forward to, I was sent the Unscented. I needed it for a project I was working on & had zero time to exchange. Still, Im giving it a 5 Star rating because it IS a GREAT product. Once it was recommended to me a few years ago, I havent used anything else.

This is a game changer in some respects. It has given my fabric for quilting more structure and gives the finished project a crisp store bought appearance.

Not flaky like regular spray starch.

I have used Mary Ellens Best Pressed for a few years. Very hard to find in store for a good price so bought the large economy size. Great value. Love this non-sticky, non-flaking starch. I have lots of summer linen and it does such a beautiful job and the lavender scent is light, not overpowering at all. My husband does his own ironing (I KNOW Im a lucky woman!) and he loves it too. Its also great to stiffen up your quilting piece work. Love this stuff!

Great for quilting fabric

Received quickly. As a quilter I use a lot of best press. It help with the pressing of seams, and isnt as heavy as spray starch.

I ONLY buy this in the 128 ounce size because it is the only spray that I use - it never leaves a white residue, does not gum up my iron, and leaves my sewing and garments smelling wonderful and crisp. Just the greatest stuff and dont know how I got along without it!

Perfect for piecing a quilt top

This is our second order of this product. We use it when ironing bed linens for our guests who stay in our vacation home. They love it too!

Love this stuff, and the scent. Great buy.
