Overall, it is a great carry-on suitcase. Ive taken this suitcase on a few flights now and it has been a great carry on suitcase. No issues with the overall quality of the suitcase. It is sturdy and made of good quality. I love the color. It does not have 4 wheels, it has only 2 wheels, but that has not been problematic when travelling with it. It has one very small pocket in the front and one long, thin pocket in the front/middle that is basically the width of the suitcase. I would almost prefer two big pockets in the front. Fitting my toiletry bag and my charging cords is a bit of a tight fit in the front small pocket, but doable, which is why I bumped it down to 4 stars. I am able to place my small laptop in the middle, front pocket, along with the cord and other items, like a thin book. Also has an expander. I do like that there is a mesh bag in the main compartment of the suitcase to put smaller items, such as a bag with jewelry and that it also has belts to hold clothes in securely. I also like that there is a meshed, zipped compartment on the inside lid. Overall, a great little suitcase!

The handle on this suitcase stuck in the upright position just before a flight on my first trip after buying it. No amount of pounding or pulling could return the handle to stowed position. I was traveling abroad with many flights and had to sign a waiver of liability every time I checked the bag with the protruding handle. Eventually, an airline bent the handle, which is still stuck in the extended position. Amazon refused to take back the defective product because it failed more than 30 days after purchase, even though I didnt use it within 30 days of purchase and thus was unable to discover the defect. The suitcase was a complete waste of money.

Very small. Not as advertised. I’ve been trying to return because it came in while I was out of the country but now not able to.

Traveled this past week. Zipper on the medium sized compartment broke after one flight. The teeth are not catching and opening up. I have the one zipper just staying up at top right now. Guess that will have to do. Bummed cause overall great suitcase

This has to be dragged wheels do not rotate, not worth the price

Ergonomically there’s something about the design of this suitcase that makes it easier and more comfortable to handle than previous suitcases I’ve used. Typically I pack way more than I should. The expandability of this model allows me to pack more, yet it still slips easily into the overhead bin on the airplane. Previous suitcases I’ve used have been a tight fit getting in the overhead bin and getting the bin closed. This one fits perfectly.

I only buy Travelpro products. Planning a 2 month trip abroad, need an international carryon. The first one I received, held up poorly with handle wobbling. Also, after one short domestic trip, legs and wheels far more beat than normal. Returned. REplaced with another unit that obviously had been return item. Not delivered in Travelpro box and in fact, delivered in a box 3 times larger than the case with the case flopping around in the large box. I hope to find a suitable bag but disappointed in this purchase.

For the price, this a very well constructed bag. I got the sage color to take on safari in Africa. It held up nicely. Had plenty of room. Its also light weight and easy to pull around busy airports.
