I bought this for my nephews first birthday. It is a smaller toy, but it is sturdy. Vibrant colors. Great little toy for toddlers. Im going to get one for my son as well!

Very sturdy, very cute. I like that youre able to store all the pieces inside the box.only complaint bus that the lid can be somewhat difficult to get to slide on just right, which may be difficult for most children - but lets be honest, kids rarely pickup after themselves so since adults will most likely be putting these away, its not that big of an issue. The square and rectangle pieces can be kinda confusing because the thickness of the shapes can make the rectangle look like a square and the square like a rectangle - which sometimes confuses me and always confuses my toddler, but theres plenty of other shapes so again, for the value and winnie the pooh theme its well worth it.

My 19 month old grandson loves this shape sorter. It is a little more challenging than most as it has shapes that are similar. This will keep him occupied for many more months. Also, Melissa and Doug products are so well made and this one is no exception.

My daughter received this as a Christmas Gift. I love that it is wood and painted-- and plastic with stickers. The box and shapes are sanded well so there is no worry about sharp edges or splinters in little hands. The pictures and blocks bright and colorful. The sliding door is very easy for my 20 month old to open and close on her own. She loves that it features Winnie The Pooh. and has a lot of fun sorting the shapes and taking them back out. The blocks are the perfect size for her hands and easy for her to handle. We love this set!

I bought this from a local store, not Amazon. I think its a really nice toy for $10. It says that it is for children 2 and up, but I bought it for my one year old even though its a little early. She cant sort the blocks into the cut outs, but she loves flipping it around and holding the blocks. I was impressed with it. Its all wood, including the block shapes. It is a light weight wood so its not heavy for a child to hold. All the wood pieces on mine are smooth, no splinters. The only kind of rough spots are on the bottom and the inside which is not coated, but I ran my fingers over all of it and didnt find any splinters. The pooh pictures are beautiful and bright, and the blocks are nice bright colors. I think its adorable and my 12 month old and 4 1/2 year old like it. I like playing with it too. The panel that poohs face is on slides off and the blocks all store inside, it slides off easily when you turn it, but thats fine. I think this is a really cute and fun toy and I have a number of Melissa and Doug toys and I have no complaints about any of them. I wish they were not made in China, but that is not necessarily any worse than being made anywhere else.
