I have had this tool for just over a year and a half, use it just about every day, I am a fork lift technitian and do a lot of greasing, when this tool works, it works great. However it has the exact priming issues that were previously discussed, sometimes it can be a real pain in the butt to get the grease started or restarted. This just seems to be the nature of this beast, that issue is liveable for me. However the tool has gone in for service already twice under warranty no charge, and I am just about ready to send it back for a third time in 2 yrs. Here is how the problem starts, when you try to use it, you will hear the motor spinning but no grease pumping is happening. It seems like the motor gears strip out. , that is what Milwaukee told me when it was repaired. The first symptom of a problem is that you toggle the speed swich and the gears spin, you reset the switch again, and it will start working again. Next thing that will eventually happen which has happened each time the unit failed, in high Speed the gun stops pumping grease, so you carry on with low speed high pressure until that finally craps out, Then hope Milwaukee will repair it under warranty they told me the last time this we caused by abuse and would not repsir again for free.. I am just about to send it back for the third time hopefully Milwaukee will honor their 5 yr warranty. OK so after Milwaukee requiring a physical receipt emailed, THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THIS UNIT BEING REPAIRED TWICE BEFORE. (and they were not able to read the serial number on the unit ) they repaired the unit again, NO CHARGE!

Grease gunworks as should Ive used it to grease boats tractors drilling rigs and other heavy equipment pricey but good product

I do a fair amount of greasing and this new tool is fantastic! I can also use my M18 batteries from my other Milwaukee tools!! I did not have to buy one with this tool---I just used the ones I already had. It is easy to use, very high quality, feature rich and makes short work of keeping my equipment in great working order!! If you have big assets to take care of, this tool sure helps make it easier and faster to do. If you have people working for you---they can be more productive using this tool and will probably be more apt to do a much better job greasing all the zerks!!!! I highly recommend this product!! It is Excellent!

This grease gun works wonderful would definitely buy again!

She’s got a lot of Chooch and squirts a lot of grease. Makes greasing things easy and fast. I would know I work on Boeing 737s and they have a ton of grease fittings.
