> 3 dayLike all the compartments, but not sure Im keeping this yet. My 17.3 Alienware R4 barely fits. Its a bit of a struggle to get it put in the compartment. I have to pull on the corners of the case to get the laptop to fit. I may return this and get a case listed as 18 instead.

> 3 dayI purchased this bag 9 1/2 months ago through Amazon. It seemed nice and durable with enough compartments to hold all of my accessories and my 17 Macbook Pro, which fit nicely. The zipper on the middle compartment started to separate from the case a few weeks ago and then rapidly got worse (this is with moderate use). It is at the point where I can no longer slide the zipper-pull as it gets stuck where it is coming apart, rendering that compartment useless. Called Alienware customer service (India) and was informed that the warranty was not in effect. I said its a lifetime warranty. After putting me on hold for a few minutes, she told me that if I had purchased it directly through them, MAYBE there would be something they could do (how convenient). I contacted Amazon and explained the situation and mentioned the lifetime warranty which is clearly noted in the item description. She agreed and gave me the option of having a replacement sent or a refund. Hmmmmm, should I go with Alienware again? No way in H-E-double hockey sticks. Dont be fooled by the high ratings, I attribute that to premature reviews (due to well-meaning customers who havent had the product long enough for the bag to reveal its flaws). As usual, Amazon continues to deliver - 5 stars for them, 1 for the bag.

> 3 dayI got this bag for my 15.7 Asus laptop. I wanted to get a great bag since my computer cost me $570, and this bag is excellent. I am an alien fanatic so of course I couldnt resist the Grey Logo featured on the bag. You can see on the bag there is a lighter black making almost an X on the front. This is a dense plastic, its not super hard. You can push into it with your finger nail and it will give in a little, but if you drop the bag, this feature will absorb the impact. There is a pocket for the laptop made out of cool (temperature cool; not awesome cool) plastic that seems to remove heat from the laptop. So you dont have to worry about it overheating in the bag if you put it away right after using it, or you can let your laptop sit on it while in use. Of course, accidents can still happen. Your laptop can still overheat, but this will help to prevent it. And there are multiple pockets for cords, cables, usb holders, some that can be used for papers ect. This has pretty much anything except a cup holder. Overall I have no complaints. I would advise ANYONE to get this bag!

> 3 dayim very impressed with the bag it has all the room i need to put school books and my 17.3 Hp Laptop it fits very snugly in the bag and it does have a pocket for the charger cord in the front just split it into two sections and put it in the two pockets on the very front pockets in the first bag compartment. but the wrapping was a little sketchy it looked like they put there full 2 seconds into the wrapping. Cant complain about the delivery either it was mailed on Monday and reached me on Tuesday.so good job to fed ex there. Back to the bag, it is very sturdy and it looks like it was made to last at least the life of the computer and more(depends on how you treat the bag of course) well worth the cash that i spent on it. GOOD JOB TO DELL FOR MAKING A GREAT BAG!!! Also I can put my PS3 17.3 laptop and all of its cords plus 6 games for the PS3 and all of those things included plus two controllers (WARNING WILL GET VERY HEAVY NOT RECOMENDED TO CARRY FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME)

> 3 dayI read in previous reviews that a few of these Alienware Orion Checkpoint cases had bad stitching but I took my chances anyway. I should not have! Both sides of this bag began unraveling from the beginning but I was so busy at work that I could not hit the 30 day window to return it and now I am stuck with a bag with gaping holes on each side! ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! I did not! If you want a bag that will be well air-conditioned in mere weeks... purchase this bag! I did not give it 1 star because the utility of the bag is there... just not the quality!

> 3 dayAs we all know going through the airport checkpoints can be a hassle, juggling everything you have to take out or off, so anything to help with that process is worth it. The butterfly checkpoint section is great and helped expedite the process. Overall the bag seems very durable and plenty big enough for my large computer, portable keyboard, and paperwork. I only wish this size came with wheels.

> 3 dayThis is my second one, I had to repurchase due to my cat deciding it was his territory. The zipper on both is very smooth, the material and stitching are very good quality, and it has ample storage capacity(perhaps a little too much, the central folder compartment seems unnecessary, but Im sure others would disagree). It fits my 17 Dell very nicely, and when I traveled I had no trouble with airport security.
