Greater than one weekMost Kindle cases support only landscape viewing, which I dislike. This is one of the rare cases that allows the Kindle to be read vertically (or portrait mode). The only thing I dislike is that the heavy rubber bands holding the device go right over the volume control and on-off switch. Its workable, but kludgy.

> 3 dayI bought a second one of these because my first one I bought a week before is so good. It folds over so easy to hold & read anywhere. I had a similar one when I was given my kindle years ago but it finally wore out. Bought one of those hard cover ones & hate it. Makes it hard to hold. This one is great so I wanted to make sure I would have another when I need it. Love it.

Greater than one weekIm probably going to return this. I wanted something with a hand strap that would work with my Gen 7 Kindle. This one does that. But my Kindle doesnt sleep when I close this case. That has to be bad for battery life.

> 3 dayThis was so pretty and I was excited to have a case that would stand my kindle up in portrait mode. Unfortunately, the straps that hold the kindle in cross right over the power and volume buttons, so it kept turning off and or trying to do a hard reset. I’ll have to rerun it.
