I generally play medium weight or heavy euro games, but I bought this as a fun way to warm up the game nights I host. I really like this one because I can play it with anyone, including my family, and everyone always has a great time. You dont have to be a bottomless reservoir of useless knowledge to enjoy it either. Im generally quite mediocre at trivia, but the funny blurbs on each card mean that I dont even have to really know what Im talking about in order to engage with the prompt (though, a bit of cultural knowledge still goes a long way). Buy this tiny box of Stupid and have yourself some harmless, nonsensical fun with anyone you want. Hell, you can even put a copy in the break room at work if you want.

I was a backer on Kickstarter where this game originated. It has provided hours of entertainment for my friends and family. Cards Against Humanity has been around for a while now and has lost some of the fun since most everyone has already seen the cards - the shock value has worn off and so has the humor. Not so for this game. Monikers will always be fresh, every time you play it. As you play with different groups of people the same card will always be acted out differently with each new person who has it. The fact that it is 3 clear cut rounds that are timed makes the game fly by. Its a lot of fun. If you are looking for a new game to add to your collection, this is it. You will be the star or stud of game nights if you show up with this game.

This game has led to some absolutely hilarious moments. I like it better than the home-made version, as the characters and names theyve thought up are both incredibly silly and ingenious, but also names i would never have thought of.

We love this game. It is great for parties or also something easy and fun to start a game night out with. Its super easy to learn how to play and each game is always new and entertaining. We usually end up cracking up laughing whenever we play this. I love that more expansions keep coming out because we do end up with a lot of the same card if we are playing with the same people. We always try to have this game on hand or at least one of the smaller decks so we can play at happy hour, at a party, or when we need something fun to do. Its definitely more fun with larger groups, but weve had fun with smaller groups of 4-6 as well. If we are playing in public, we just dont do the acting part. Multiple people in our friend group and family own this game since they want to be able to play anytime they want. No one ever vetos playing this, which cant be said for other games based on individuals preference/skills etc. I will always gift this game if I know someone doesnt own it. Might not be suitable for younger audiences, but you can always take out inappropriate cards. You also dont necessarily need to know what on the card as long as you can read or are good at memorization.

Ok, seriously... this is the most played game that hits our gaming group. This is saying something because we easily have over 1000 games in our collection. We play the cooperative variant of Monikers and can get enough. Countless hours of fun and memories for $25... I cant recommend this enough.
