Updated review- I was really impressed by the timely response from the company regarding my first review as they went above and beyond to accommodate the faulty bag. They are sending me a new bag to replace the one with the first order, along with a promotional code to purchase a whole new set which I plan on doing. I am very pleased with how they handled the situation and will definitely be using this company again for future purchases! It’s great to see how accommodating and responsive they are when it comes to their products and customer satisfaction. Definitely like the product, came with everything I wanted for any towing situation. 2 shackles-heavy duty, tow strap, and hitch connector. The only thing that made me put 4/5 stars was the quality of the bag these items came in. One pull on the zipper and it no longer zips the bag back up. Everything else is solid and I can always get a different bag.
