Greater than one weekIf this monitor seems cheap for a 1440p monitor its because it is. Im maybe 5 months into my monitor and I already have a dead line of pixels going across the top of my screen. if you want a great 1440p monitor thats going to last your going to have to spend a quality price. Not to mention all the ports are on the BOTTOM not the back the bottom. you have to flip this thing completely upside down to plug in new cables and its a huge pain in the ass, especially once youve already attached the stand. I personally will be looking for a different brand. MSI doesnt seem to make quality products like they used too. UPDATE: ive had this monitor less than 1 year and it is officially dead with Ghost image imprint. tried swapping between DP AND HDMI. no luck. Ill have to get a new monitor and I wont be buying from MSI

> 3 dayGot this monitor for my brand new i7-12700K/RTX 3070 setup. Its very good, has crisp colors and very high contrast, as well as quite a bit of settings you can mess around with to get the display to your liking. Its also very bright and despite the name saying its full HD its 1440p and it also has GSync/FreeSync support. It has a little backlight bleed on several spots on the screen when its not displaying anything, but surprisingly when the screen is showing a very dark image theyre not nearly as noticeable as they seem, it also has a little bit of ghosting at higher framerates. Overall, with the specs it has its probably one of the best monitors you can get for the price unless you decide to go past the $400 price range.

Greater than one week1) Gaming is a bit of a stretch. I have a slightly older MSI WQHD thats no longer available that was about the same price. Pretty much same bezel and panel, but it has way better gaming features in the built in monitor settings. No game mode settings. No RGB. 2) The power supply cable is non-standard for monitors. Its some cheap laptop charger brick instead with a very short cable and tiny round connector. I have a vertical dual monitor setup and the power brick is just hanging in the air. They cheaped out here and its basically impossible to get a longer cable since it is not any kind of standard.

> 3 dayI got this for a great deal so it was well worth keeping. Its just not what is advertised. I will take pictures and add them to this review because words dont really describe it.

> 3 dayGreat monitor with awesome color space as well as picture quality. Only issue that it falls short on is g-sync support. Once I enable it I get this constant flickering which basically makes the use of display port useless. I tried different cables too thinking that it was the issue , but it still continues to flicker with g-sync on. Otherwise it’s a great monitor.

> 3 dayEasy to assemble, great refresh rates even at 1440p and works perfectly with one of the new xbox’s or a high end gaming pc

> 3 dayDont get me wrong; I love these monitors. Theyre very nice, they run at 2k@165hz, wonderful quality to them, and they look stunning! However, the model I got was advertised as a model with HDR, which is why I spent more on this listing than the other MSI models with the exact same specs. The listing says MSI 27” WQHD (2560 x 1440) Non-Glare HDR Ready 165Hz 1000R Curvature 1ms 16:9 AMD FreeSync Premium Height Tilt Adjustment Curved Gaming Monitor (OPTIX G272CQP) I received the OPTIX G271CQP. Not thrilled about the issue but I dont think Ill be returning them until I need to replace them. Thrilled with the quality, not thrilled with the misinformation in the listing.
