With cracked vertibrae from being rear ended 12/23/22, hospitalized, and getting discharged 12/25/22, my Kirby was too heavy for me to use. This stick vac was recommended by my daughter and has proven a God sent. Im 81 and healthy, but this vac has done all Ive asked easily. Great stick vac.

I love the device,I only ave it 4 stars cause of the placement of the power button, it could be placed better. But otherwise, What a game changer in comparison to an old fashion vacuumer with a tank and a CORD! With this cordless one its fun to clean. It swivels in the corners, even has a light so you see what to vacuum in the dark corners. Its relatively light weight and quiet. All the tools that come with it dont feel like an overkill but rather inspire to use for different areas and work well.

Likes: The variety of attachments and the cleaning tool (the hose was one of the reasons I purchased it) Great on bare floors (wood, tile & brick), also good on carpet Cordless (quick to pull out, goes anywhere, great for spot cleaning) The “head lights” work great Cleans very well (more dust in dust cup and filter than you expected), exceeding my expectations Very maneuverable swivel floor attachment with roller goes in hard to reach places and baseboards Price was very reasonable Don’t like: Suction could be better, although it does pick up more than I expected and I haven’t found anything it didn’t pickup. However, as the dust cup fills up, the filter gets clogged, reducing suction and you have to empty it and then resume vacuuming. It takes less than a minute to do this, but I have to do it 2 or 3 times, especially if I’m vacuuming carpet. Cleaning the dust cup and filter is a bit of a pain, but that is the case with any bagless vacuum. I’m getting faster at it and it is good to know that all that debris is no longer in my house. Conclusion: Glad I got it. I wanted something quick and easy for bare floors and this does a great job, especially for the price. It seems like good quality, but I’ve only had it about a week, so I hope it lasts along time.

The manual advises not to use the vacuum to pick up “tiny granules”..so, there’s that. Fully charged this vacuum will struggle to suck up a juicy bug, but is extraordinarily light and convenient for dust/pet hair. I use it all the time, and a daily mediocre vacuuming is preferable to a once monthly shop-vac crawl. I wish I could have afforded better, but it’s better than never vacuuming (so never hanging out on the floor).

For one the vacuum doesn’t stay upright, you have to lean it against something. The dirt cup lid doesn’t close well. You have to give it a good hit to close. Now as for vacuuming it does pretty well, the lights are nice as is the swivel head. Haven’t tried all the pieces yet so I’ll update later.

The biggest problem is a very small filter that needs to be cleaned daily, and average suction power.

I absolutely love my new vacuum. Super lightweight and easy to adjust the height so even my kids can use it too. I’ve been looking for an inexpensive cordless vacuum for a while now and came across this one. Love all the attachments especially the one with the brush and the end to pull hair from around the spinning part(don’t know exactly what it’s called lol) charges super fast too. I don’t have to move everything from the rooms to be able to get a good vacuum done anymore. I’m the homemaker so 95% of the cleaning gets done by me. Not always do I have the time to move everything to vacuum, this makes it quick, easy and convenient.

When the vacuum arrived, it would run for a minute and then shut off. I contacted customer service, who assisted me very effectively. First they sent me a replacement battery. The vacuum cleaner was still not working. Then they sent me a new motor and now the vacuum is working. Customer service was always attentive to solve my problem.

I LOVE this cordless vacuum. The suction power is amazing, the battery life is awesome for my needs, AND it has two features most of the other cordless vacuums dont have: it stands up on its own & has a LIGHT! Cant say enough about how much these two features make such a difference. I live in a small 1,100 sqft home, 3 bedrooms, and the battery is enough to get through almost the entire house without dying. And if you have ANY issues with the device and its after the return period, just email the email address on the front of the user manual - they are super fast and responsive, and will handle any issue for you, including replacing defective pieces of the unit.
