> 24 hourI’ve had many cheap vacuums in the past, never finding value in spending all the money for something expensive, but after my last one broke, I decided to buy something nice. After reading the reviews and people saying that this is as good or better than a Dyson I bought it. I don’t have any personal experience with Dyson, but this thing is amazing. There was so much dust in my carpet the whole bucket filled up with one passing of just my dining room and office and a large area rug. Mind you I have another vacuum. It only broke a few days ago , this thing is insane!!!

> 24 hourI do like this product for variable, like I can take part off and carry portable as need to be like vacuum on the stair and inside of my bed/water bed (I tried to clean so no bed bug there), but little issues is that try to get all part connect to get power smoothly is little difficult and brush roller is at first difficult to get rolling while vacuum, so there is kind of control on handle hose turn, to make brush roller working properly but its get good job, and very powerful suck it up. Only downside, is no headlight as few vacuum design had those, great when vacuum in dark area where light cant reach under stuff or hiding or stair in basement and taking part off and back in as need, make me wonder if it strong or weak design in long term. but I had those for first day and glad its variable and powerful vacuum, but design is question when take all part together and do normal vacuum to get that brush roller working. Its good yet I dont know how good it endurance is and petty much its cost lot to me, depend on who and how much person earning income. But I had no choice due bed bug bite, my other cheap vacuum isnt good so I brought it for fighting war on bed bug bite in long terms (I know heat stuff, but its simple too much money and not work as bed bug hide in wall that keep them safe from heat, and fleeing once room got hot, possible risk damage or melt my stuff (if I remove it, what point, I want to make sure everything bed bug touch got destroyed but they are very sneaking and small, to next room and I cant afford money like that so I am hopeful MGK 1852 Crossfire Concentrate will get all those bed bug get destroyed. I think its worse than tick and mosquito, its easier to combat tick and mosquito like eating raw gartic, but may not work on bed bug and where my skin got itchy for almost week now where mosquito and tick is less than a couple hours. Thank you for reading my review post, Im appreciated it.

> 24 hourThe review further below is one I wrote a few months ago. Additional added: After 10 months I wanted to clean some gunk out of the brush area where the clear plastic view window is located. There are 8 screws you have to remove including some hidden ones, and I discovered they are all T-15 torx security. I am an experienced DYI guy, and have tons of tools, including torx, but had never encountered torx security. They have a small pont inside the screw head that requires a special hollowed out torx security bit - I had to buy a set. I dont know the reason why Shark would do this - maybe to get you to take it into an expensive repair shop. But if you ever have to change a belt, which is common task, or clean out the brush area, you are going to need these special screw removers T-15 torx security. Get long length 3 because at least one screw is deely recessed. Also, you have to pop out the very small plastic rollers at the front to gain accees to two screws that are hidden beneath those tiny rollers. Near the large rear wheels, you will see two screws near each wheel. You do not have to remove the ones that are aligned with the wheels axles, but you do have to remove the ones that are in that area a little deeper set. I have had this for about two months. When it first came I was surprised by how small it was. The cleaning path width is only about 2/3 the width of my old Eureka, so I figured it would take 1/3 longer to vacuum. Well, I dont know about actual time, but after using it almost daily since we got a new dog about 3 weeks ago, I can tell you I really, really like it. I dont miss the extra width at all. This thing is very lite weight (maybe 50% lighter than old Eureka) and maneuvers very easily. The way the main handle unit tilts/pivots from the base allows you to make quick sharp turns with ease. There is no height adjustment, but again, dont miss it. It does well on our medium pile carpets, and berber carpets. The switch has 3 positions - off, on with no brush, on with brush. When using on with brush it literally pulls itself (gently) across the carpet. I use the no brush position to clean bare floors, and also area throw rugs. It is amazing how much unseen dog hair it sucks up from carpet. Really easy to empty canister - just two small snaps and it comes off. Another snap on bottom of canister allows bottom to open up / hang and hair and debris falls right out (I do have to sometimes reach my hand up and along inside walls for compacted dog hair). Close the bottom, put it back on handle base, and it snaps back in using the two snaps. There are a few things i dont like : The cord holder near the top of the handle doesnt work very well, any pressure upward from your hand as you move cord around and the cord pops out of holder. I ended up using a small zip tie to hold cord in place at very top of handle. Like many lite weight vacuums, its tough to use the hose and attachments because if you work any distance from the main unit the main unit tips over due to hose and lite weight of main unit. Also, the two included tools (crevice tool and upholstery brush) can get knocked off pretty easily when bumped while they are on the holder as they dont snap in - just a slight press fit on the bottom one. Overall - really like unit for main purpose - vacuuming carpet.

> 24 hourItem was extremely easy to assemble, can do without instructions even. Filtration system is very large, I’d suggest to get replacement filters right away because when you clean one you should wait for it to air dry before reusing. Cord is a little short for me but not a game changer. I was also impressed on the weight, fairly easy to carry with one hand. When I first turned it on with the roller engaged, I was on a scatter rug and the power was so strong it felt like a self propelled vacuum. Anyways it is very powerful, we have two dogs and we vacuum daily, the amount of what this picked up vs. our other vacuum was impressive. Price point is a great value. We love it!!

> 24 hourI was amazed at how much dirt, dust, and hair this picked up from my carpeting! It has really strong suction, and I was also happy with the job it did on hard floors as well. I did keep the brush rollers going on the hard floors because I wasnt worried about any minor marking or scratching of my floors, and I think this helped pick up everything. PRO: Cleans up dirt very well. CON: Not as good as more expensive models. Feels like a cheap, tipsy, toy.

> 24 hourI had two other vacuums Ive been using, thinking they were doing the job. My daughter took one and I wanted a better one for pet hair. I got this thing, ran it JUST in my living room and got enough hair to build another cat. I ran it again, filled to the line. Ran it AGAIN and still more dirt and lint and stuff came up. Good Lord. I cannot believe what that thing pulled up. All the while thinking I had BEEN vacuuming. This thing is a wonder. I am elderly and very petite and had no problem assembling it, pushing it and I love the swivel action. Highly recommend!
