This fan was suggested by Amazon for use with the INVASION for Raspberry Pi 3, 2, B+ and 2B. If you are planning to use it with that device then beware...the chord that is attached to this little fan is much longer than you want to try and jam in that little case. We really struggled to try and make it work and even after all that may be returning the case because it just doesnt work as well as wed hoped. The fan however seems like it would be fantastic for the right case. May update the review if we can get it working in another case.

I bought this to replace the exhaust fan in my Sega Dreamcast. I love how quiet it is with its definitely superior cooling power. Comes with a variety of connectors for whatever project you have.

Using these on raspberry pi’s and the included wire connectors let me connect it up with Pi’s gpio pretty easily. Very handy to have when using poe hats that don’t have their own cooling, there’s enough airflow to keep everything cool. Will keep buying !

This fan does its job, and does it so quietly that I forget that its running. Ive been using it for about 2 months now as an extrusion motor fan on my Prusa MK3S, and its been running continuously from a 5v port from a Raspberry Pi 2.

much more quiet than other fans. Still, Id like it to respond to heat in 2 pin mode. Had to tear up the lnr cable to use the resistor for 2 pin mode. I installed it in a 320W Solid Gear PSU with a noisy fan. The air flow is the only noise, but whoa was it louder before I spliced in the resistor from the LNR. There ought to be a list of resistors to use. Im not an electrician or an EE. Im not going to watch movie with a vacuum cleaner on either.

It’s pretty quiet and blows pretty hard, I used it on a raspberry pi and My temps are about half of what they are with no fan

Its definitely quite, using it currently for my Valve Index and it you can barely hear it. Does improve the heat dissipation from the headset quite well as it takes more ore less 1.5-2.0x longer (FOR ME) to have to take it off for being too hot.
