Noctua NF-A9 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (92mm, Brown)

Another quality fan from Noctua that is whisper quiet... two thumbs up!

Cant believe the price of this fan and all you get. Comes with 4 pin Y splitter, extension, low noise adapters. Also has rubberized corners and anti vibration pins. MY GOD!! Cant believe I waited the long.

I love noctua fans.

Had some fun with this... I had just upgraded my home server to a Dell T640... which sits in my living room. When I powered it up, the DB level of the stock fans drew my wifes gaze as if she were Sauron. Yep, I felt a bit like Frodo and for the sake of Middle Earth (my house..), I immediately purchased two of these Noctura fans to replace the two stock chassis fans. Only trouble was that Dell has a different pinout/connector so I had to cut and solder the new fan wires to the stock connectors. This worked great! you can barely hear the fans and no one had to be sacrificed to a volcano (except for the two stock fans...) in the process!

Sadly there’s no chromax of this specific model, but this is a great fan

I know there are other good fan companies out there, but Ive become a snob about using Noctua for cooling my builds. Ive had their fans last me nearly 10 years, and while quality does tend to change over time, theirs seems to have stayed high. I fully recommend their products.
