> 24 hourDuring max RPM, it genuinely sounded like one of those annoying distant sports cars revving up on the freeway at 3am because they dont give a rats ass about everyone else trying to sleep. Thats not to say that the fan is loud lol. I just thought it was something else and that it was totally silent. The rubberized corners eliminate any vibration from loosened screws, to a point, of course. If you hear it, the screw is about to fall off.

> 24 hourUsed it in my QNAP 1079Pro when I upgraded my CPU. Its a bit quieter and it moves more air to keep the new processor cool

> 24 hourI love the noctua fans and the main reason i bought this fan is the black color. This fan is practical and do a very good job when cooling is what youre looking for. But.... it is noisy and i hate it for that, beside no accessories included like the older noctua fans.

> 24 hourEven at low speeds, this fan can push air through a dense radiator, and you can feel it. There arent many fans that can do this while also being so quiet. Noctua is the answer to your cooling needs.

> 24 hourTheyre great, but I probably should have got the 3000rpm model for my Alphacool 480 Monsta rad.

> 24 hourOutstanding fans. Much quieter than I expected. Even when at full speed the sound isnt harsh.

> 24 hourIf you hear a really loud buzzing noise at full load return it right away! I have this super annoying loud buzzing sound around 980-1000rpm. I would have returned it if i had knew this sooner. But so far its really great at lowering impressive temps. Just a buzzing extremely loud motor noise that killed it for me. :c
