Fit just fine in my old cooler master case. Replaced a exhaust fan which some blades broke off while I was cleaning it. That default fan was in my rig for nearly 11 years.

I purchased two of these to test and compare to many of the other 140mm PWM static pressure fans out there (intended for use on radiators in a liquid cooled system).

Great fans that are hard to hear in a closed case when below 50% rpm. Audible but not unpleasant above 50%. My computer sits three feet to my left on top of a desk. Be aware that unless your power supply is a quiet one, or one that turns off its fan under low load, its fan will likely be louder than these fans. Also any active hard drive is much louder than case fans.

Great fan, very quiet. It makes an excellent case fan.

Noctua fans were always a hard sell for me…significantly more expensive than I was used to and I mean how much better could they really be? Well, they’re whisper quiet and despite having a significantly lower rated airflow than the popular brand fans they replaced, my case and rad temps are consistently lower at idle and load. What other hype is actually true? Should I paint my computer red and add neon to make it go faster? No regrets on this purchase.

When I first installed the fan I was getting blue screens which was a little scary. I unplugged the fans, updated my BIOS and my chipset drivers and the problem went away so far. Ran a stress test for 5 minutes just to run it. I am looking to buy a 1070TI at the end of this month so I am prepping my case for extra cooling. This fan is awesome so far.

If you mount on the inside of a case, blowing in, you will find the fan blades scrape against the case if the case is even a little non-flat. Since most cases are just thin sheet metal they sometimes have a little curve to them. If the curve in inward you will hear the blades scrape against the case until you figure out how to flatten it. Other than that little annoyance, the fan is great.

These fans are awesome. Very quiet and well made with ample cooling power. My regular Noctua fans came with rubber mounting isolators, these did not. I had no vibration issues in my installation though.

You can really tell the difference in the video, both are at idle. Noise level drop so hard the I need to lower the volume on my speakers now
