Noctua NH-U12A, Premium CPU Cooler with High-Performance Quiet NF-A12x25 PWM Fans (120mm, Brown)

This cpu cooler is top notch. Super easy install, and so far is working fantastically. Z390 board, with 9600K running at 5.0ghz, (4.7Ghz uncore). Aida64 stress test sits right at 70C. Prime95 blend (AVX disabled) doesnt go above 73C. Basically silent when surfing the web or not stressing the CPU. Replaced a nearly 6 year old Corsair h100i which was a good cooler, but so far this one is definitely slightly better than the H100i was. No software to worry about (no water to worry about), just plug it in and go. Would buy again. Noctua is great - I RMAd a 5 year old fan recently and they were awesome to deal with. I was tempted to get the NH-D15 at first but it was too tall for my case (Corsair 330R)

Schön kompakter Kühler, welcher sehr einfach zu montieren ist. Dabei lässt er Abstand zur Grafikkarte und auch zum Ram. Mit definierter Lüfterkurve agiert der Kühler auch sehr leise. Lässt man die Lüfter aufdrehen, wird es laut, klar, bei 2000rpm. Man hört aber nur die dabei bewegte Luft!

A pesar de los problemas con el envío, el producto es increíble. Baja la temperatura unos 5 grados de CPU y GPU, en comparación con mi anterior EVO212, no es gran cosa pero mi equipo a full la GPU no supera ahora los 60 en ningún momento y la CPU con OC sobre 55, y sin achuchar a los fans.

Super quiet fan design. If your setup can accommodate the size of this cooler, it is a winner. Opted for the Noctua over liquid cooling based on prior experience with drastically lowered CPU temps and fan noise over stock AMD setup in older build. Glad I did. My new AMD Ryzen 5900-based setup is running flawlessly and is whisper quiet.

Absolutely brilliant. But the brace bracket for the rear of the motherboard left a 1mm gap but wasnt a problem as I used one that was already in. On stress tests on a i9 9900k 5ghz its average temp was 58c with a minimum 35c Im very happy with this

I had been struggling with high temps on my NH-L9i-17xx hitting 80-90C during games, even after re-mounting. Turns out the LGA1700 runs really hot and I needed to get something proper, which is challenging for an mATX profile. Enter NH-U12A + NT-H2, it surprisingly fits in my ASUS z690-G and has dropped the temperatures down to 25 idle 50-65 max while gaming. Its really effective!

I was afraid it wouldnt fit or it would not cool my cpu more than the original cpu cooler, well it does cool a few degrees more.
