Item was missing 4 stand-offs that are required for mounting. Unable to use the kit and it isn’t eligible for return.

I’m on the fence about this. I’ve read reviews, seen it work, but for me, horrible luck.

Mid-build I realized I needed a new bracket to transplant my old NH-D14 from an older motherboard to a modern board. Noctua are wonderful and will send you this kit for free, great company! I was under a bit of a short time constraint, so I needed to get one more urgently. I really appreciate the option to buy one from here. My build was completed in a couple of days and all works great.

Noctua always make the best products and their customer service is unmatched.

Thought I was going to have to buy a whole new cooler when upgrading my mobo. Thanks to this guy I didnt.
