Noctua NM-i115x-1200, Mounting Kit for Noctua CPU Coolers on Intels LGA115x/LGA1200 Platforms

I’m on the fence about this. I’ve read reviews, seen it work, but for me, horrible luck.

Perfect. I have the GIANT D14 cooler but was originally on a LGA2011, moved to water cooling on that and bought parts for an extra PC and used that cooler. This kit is amazing just like all Noctua products. The packaging is far superior to anything else I have ever seen. Good job Noctua

Using this to secure my Intel dbxb to an 1150 motherboard

I was nearly certain I had cross-threaded A mounting screw upon installation of my NH-D15.

I bought this just to get the mounting plate. The one in the water cooled system I bought didnt have this particular place except in plastic. And the plastic piece broke making it useless. If you need these pieces, its good quality. Unfortunately the screws are way too short and I couldnt use the otherwise perfect big back plate. I needed some of the nuts or I would have returned it. So close, yet unusable. Very disappointed.

I misplaced one of the mounting brackets when I purchased my CPU cooler, not needing it for my then current motherboard. When I upgraded my motherboard, I needed to replace that part to move my cooler. This had everything I needed (in fact, more than I needed, since I still had most of the parts), and like every other Noctua product Ive purchased, the quality is excellent and the packaging is well thought out and premium.
