Occidental Leather 8581 FatLip Fastener Bag

Main pouch is VERY deep and spacious, with no dividers. which depending on the task/loadout can be a pro or con. Wish I had gotten hands on before choosing. Certainly dont regret it, but mightve chosen dfferently after having used it daily for about 2 months now

Very large. Bigger than I anticipated. In the large pouch, I can carry my meter, tape measure, plug tester, and still have room for a small kitchen sink.(NOT)! I clipped one of those small magnetic pouch onto the side of the top inner pocket. That gives me a top pocket for misc screws, etc, the magnetic pouch for romex staples, a large pouch for meter, etc., and two front pockets for small and large wire nuts. My markers and pencils fit in the small pockets on the side. Any more stuff and my bags would be too heavy. Not worried that the bag is fabric with leather bottom. I dont carry sharp tools in this bag so it shouldnt be a problem. Overall very happy. I anticipate having these bags for many years.

Occidental bags are the absolute best. Dont waste money on cheap bags that will break down in a few months. These bags will last a lifetime if you take care of them. Leather is twice as thick as other brands, so the bags do weight a bit more than the cheap ones.

I have been doing carpentry and home renovations For about 20 years, I will not recommend this product for many reasons, too expensive and all the stuff falls off the pouch almost every time. I always like the best products in the market and I don’t care about the cost as long as it’s the best product, but the pouch it’s not worth it. You can get a better pouch for less money

Best bags ever! From the tool dividers down to the stitching, these bags have far surpassed my expectations. Plenty of room for everything and deep enough to not allow anything to fall out. Will not use any other bags ever again.

Had leather pouches for about 5-6 years... always seemed so heavy but now with this one def seems lighter
