Omni 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Carry-On 20-Inch, Midnight Black

Could not open the lock after creating a combination. Called Samsonite. A very nice woman tried to help me but had no information. Suggested I watch YouTube videos. I did, and found out this is a very common occurrence which in some cases (like mine) cannot be fixed. Had to break the metal tags that connect to the lock to be able to open the suitcase. Because I was leaving for several weeks Amazon will not accept the return.

Wheel broke after the first flight

I bought these a few months back and they are solid suitcases. They did arrive with some minor damages to the outside of the cases, we still kept them anyways as they are a solid brand as the minor damage could be caused by an airline in the future and did not affect the integrity of the bags. I understand the concept of spending lots of money on good suitcases, but I guess I’m not worried too much myself since it can happen literally ANYWHERE. We have been on 2-3 trips with these, no issues at all. Excellent quality, make sure to pack these full as if there is too much space, when stacked, can break on an airline.

I bought this during Prime Day and was excited for it because Samsonite has been around for a long time and a trusted brand. The color is nice, but the hardware is cheaply made and just seems like it would break after a couple of uses. Will most likely return.

So upset. When I just opend the box, big rip was on the zipper. Arent they new item? Looks like I bought what someone threw away.

Love the color, lightness and compact size of this suitcase. Its just a fun and pretty suitcase for personal and business travel. That said, I have to physically pick up the suitcase to roll over big bumps when I have a workbag or backpack on top, because it feels unstable when I roll it across (wheels are small) and the bag inevitably falls off if its not secured on super tightly. One star off for maneuverability but generally its a fun suitcase and perfectly compact for quick trips. Very easy to stow away on the plane. Didnt end up ever using the USB thing in the 4-5x I have already used this so I cant speak to that.

Broke first time using it! Cracked right at wheel. Unfortunately Amazon not letting me take it back because past the window of return even though I just used it! Purchased it in Dec 2022…don’t recommend
