> 3 dayI was looking for a ‘smaller’ medium-sized polycarbonate hard shell spinner suitcase around 26” high. Something to check in at the airport but easy to handle at the train station in Japan. The dimensions listed here are off by ~1” all the way around. 27.5”x18.25”x12” - an inch taller, deeper & 1/2” wider than described. Still a good suitcase for the price but it’s bigger than advertised. These specs fit the original Omni suitcase, not Omni 2.

> 3 dayI understand that at this price point I was not buying the top of the line but I expected to be able to get more than one use. I was not over packed, the connections were not overly strained, they simply were not well constructed and normal tension pulled the glued piece loose. While it is still usable, it wasnt free and I should not be expected to make do the second time I use this carry-on.

> 3 dayThe purple sets are not metallic as shown in the photo but a pastel purple that will easily show scuffs after regular airport trips. The 20 suitcase is considerably smaller than my previous carry on bag and does not have luggage locks, only the larger one does. They are easy to move around and the handles feel very sturdy, definitely lacking in storage though.

> 3 dayLove the color, lightness and compact size of this suitcase. Its just a fun and pretty suitcase for personal and business travel. That said, I have to physically pick up the suitcase to roll over big bumps when I have a workbag or backpack on top, because it feels unstable when I roll it across (wheels are small) and the bag inevitably falls off if its not secured on super tightly. One star off for maneuverability but generally its a fun suitcase and perfectly compact for quick trips. Very easy to stow away on the plane. Didnt end up ever using the USB thing in the 4-5x I have already used this so I cant speak to that.

> 3 daySturdy. It comes with a lock that TSA can open but baggage handlers can not. Easy to maneuver in a busy airport.

Greater than one weekAll was well with this suitcase until I went to use the expandable portion. During the stitching process one corner of the expandable portion was stitched incorrectly not allowing it to expand. Unfortunately Im beyond my return window and my only option is to pay myself to have it shipped for warranty repair. I splurged and paid a premium for Samsonite brand over much cheaper off-brands thinking I was getting a superior product. Mistake.
