The Fidelio X2HR has a stellar reputation as a fun and budget-friendly first step into the audiophile world of high quality sound. And if all you have ever heard are AirPods, you will likely be impressed and rightly so.

I’ve been using gaming headsets for awhile and wanted to dwell more towards the audiophile realm of headsets cause I kept missing small cues in games etc. I’ve watched video after video and red different articles etc about entry level sets these and the shp9500 kept coming up I now fully understand why. The detail and sound stage is way greater then I expected, they do have sound leakage which I actually like and due to the open back nature of the cans. I have a larger head and they fit perfect yes they’re heavier then normal but I don’t feel the weight they feel like my arctis 7 headphones more or less. Right now I’m just driving the headphones with my motherboard a x370 taichi asrock and they get louder then I need, I will be using a dac soon so I’ll update the review when that time comes. So long story short I’ve used steelseries arctis 5/7, astros a40tr with dac amp, Corsair virtuoso se and these by far way far are way better. Ps music sounds insane on these as well.

These are now my main headphones. I usually use V-Modas but these sound just as good and are WAY more comfortable. These can be worn all day with no ear or head fatigue. I cant recommend them enough.

Come da titolo: non posso che consigliarle.

Che dire, vengo da delle M40x ormai comprate circa 6-7 anni fa e volevo provare delle cuffie open back per sperimentare il famoso soundstage che le cuffie closed back posso offrire sono in modo limitato. Da possessore di diverse cuffie per diversi usi devo dire che queste sono le migliori che abbia mai provato: bassi presenti ma non eccessivi (un pò deboli sui low-low) medi perfetti e alti ottimi senza fastidiosi sibili (cosa che notavo nelle vecchie M40x). Sono piuttosto facili da gestire, con il dac della mia scheda madre non ho avuto grossi problemi anche se onestamente devo ancora provare a vedere come andranno con una scheda audio esterna. Infine il soundstage è spettacolare, se ascoltate molta musica strumentale/orchestrale troverete queste cuffie ottime.
