My piggies love this, it’s their favorite hide out!

So. Heres the tea. Plastic isnt really good for your GP right? So I bought this. My little stinker is EXTREMELY satisfied with it, it even fits his bed. The problem that is arising is that hes chewing through the sides. While Im a little concerned I know its overall better and healthier than plastic so at the end of the day, its all good. However, I do recommend getting the bigger one though. The normal medium sized one would have never fit him and hes not even a year old yet.

This is my pigs’ favorite hidey. I’ve gotten two to this point and it’s only downfall is that you need to be diligent in keeping pee-soaked bedding off it’s surface because it will absorb it and ruin the wood. Just spot clean under the hidey and it’s not an issue though!

Perfect size for my adult male guinea pigs (fits really only 1 pig at a time). Very sturdy and really well made. Although it is made of wood, so if your pet pees on it, the pee soaks in. Its not really possible to clean. Also, I assumed my guinea pigs would not be able to move this house around, but they flip it over and move it around a lot. It is WAYYY overpriced though. The fact that you cant clean it combined with the price, I would not recommend buying this unless your pet is potty trained or something.

I bought one of these before and really liked it. So, I ordered another one for my other guinea pig. Item arrived a day late and damaged. When I pulled it out of the box the roof came off in my hands which caused me to drop the base part which then hit the floor and chipped a corner. I went on Amazon to try and get it replaced but there are no more available. I didnt want a refund just another house. So, my husband went ahead and glued the roof back on for me and I guess well just live with the chipped corner. Very disappointed. I feel like I should get a refund or at least a partial refund since its damaged and they cant replace it.

So, my guinea pig honestly kinda hates this house and I do not know why. He almost always lays behind it instead of inside it. For the first month he had it, he flipped it up on its side every 20 minutes. He’s finally figured out he can jump on top of it so he likes that, but I almost never see him in it.

Looks nothing like the picture! My guinea pig cannot fit in this at all! Wasted my time waiting for it. I was excited since my guineas hut was chewed up.. I wanted her to get a new comfy house! And this is what I got. Grrrr!

The roof was coming off the house, and 1 of the walls actually fell off when i unboxed it.
