> 24 hourNeeded four of these for lamps. Set up the first one without a hitch so I know what Im doing. Ive set up dozens of these before. All downhill after that. The other three are trash. Followed the directions to the letter and they wont connect. Waste of money and time.

> 24 hourFor about $5 per plug/socket, you cant go wrong with these smartplugs. I was a little worried that the instruction sheet mentions installing yet another app called Osaio to control this plug. However like the listing states, the SmartLife app works with this as well. I already have several plugs that use that app and didnt want to register yet another app. I used Insteon devices for years, but the company went belly up so I ended up replacing them all with other brands. Insteon requires a hub and recently a new company bought them out but now charges a yearly fee for connectivity. As with most smartplugs during setup, you have to change your network on your phone to 2.4GHz as it will not connect at 5GHz. Once it is set up, you can change the network back to 5GHz. These plugs will not allow side by side plug-in on multi-outlet (6) adapters due to being a bit too wide. They measure 1 and 7/8ths inches in diameter. I can never get these plugs to auto detect using the SmartLife app and usually use the manual method when presented during setup.

> 24 hourWeve had similar wifi plugs before. This worked just as well with easy setup with Smart Things App. Controlling seems to work well. You can setup some rules like timers or random via Smart Things. From Google home and Alexa, you can link the smart things account. Not much options via Google home and Alexa app beyond on/off or voice control. We use it mostly to plug our lamps especially if the lamp switches are behind furniture or inconvenient tight areas. Great for any device where you just need to turn on/off.

> 24 hourBought two in August 2022. I run it on my phone with the Osaio app. One is still working well in March 2023. Very useful because I can remotely turn on a window air conditioner unit (manual on off, no thermostat) in a second property I own while Im two hours away, and cool the place down before I or a guest arrive. Even better, I can turn it off remotely if I forget, and save electricity. However, the second plug which I used as a timer for a light never seemed to work right. There was no test mode for the timer, and it failed after about 3 months and ceased receiving signal from the Osaio software. I asked for a replacement under the warranty twice and have had no response after several days. UPDATE: 3 weeks later, Porik has not responded to my request for a warranty replacement. This company has no viable contact information; just a facebook and IG pafe, no email or call in number and fake pictures with bad English captions. Their warranty is therefore worthless.

> 24 hourI followed all the instructions and tried like 10 different things to try and get it to pair but it game the same issues as if it wouldnt recognize it. I tried to find a way to contact the company for help but there isnt even a contact number for them. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

> 24 hourI set these up in Smart Life app for iphone. Setup was easy. They control my bug zappers, so they turn on a dusk and off at dawn. Scheduling them was easy, and I can even enable Alexa voice control if I want through the app.
