We purchased this bag for a Christmas present for our daughter who is a competitive dancer. She needed a sturdy bag with bars so she can hang all her costumes. This bag was built with incredible detail, skill, sturdiness and style. We had an issue with one of the anchors and the company replaced right away. Amazing customer service, and an amazing product. Would purchase again and high recommend.

Bought for my daughter’s birthday and it broke during the first use at a dance competition. Big waste of money!

The bag is tough, but the bars dont line up the stitching is off. Nothing lines up.

Bought this for as a gift for my daughter who is a competitive dancer. Didn’t give it to her right away. When we went to assemble it the one rod that used for the garment rack has extremely sharp edges where the hole was double punched. Won’t stay assembled correctly and very tough to get the top bar attached and removed. Disappointed with purchase afraid sharp edges will tear costumes. Unfortunately missed the return window by 5 days. Don’t expect to last very due to the factory defect in the punching of the hole that stabilizes the whole one side. The metal pieces are starting to rust.

Edited to add… we just took this bag to our 3rd dance competition and it already has a tear. I was expecting my money to go a lot further than this. Highly dissatisfied and I will be reaching out to Amazon even though the return window is closed. I bought at the end of October but gave it to my daughter for Christmas, this is literally our THIRD use!!! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my competitive dancer. She hasnt opened it yet, but I expect that she will love it. I did open it and put it together when I got it, just to be sure all of the pieces were there. It seemed like comparable quality to much more expensive Dance Duffles. It was also easy to assemble. The name patch Velcros on which I love because you could get a new patch if you wanted to give it to someone else. For the price, I would definitely buy again, and I have recommended this to all of my dance mom friends!

We ordered this bag over a year ago and this season my daughter accidentally put the top crossbar down incorrectly and it snapped. I contacted the company to see about replacement parts. They sent me not one, but two replacement cross bars at no additional charge. This company really cares about dancers and their teachers. Their bag is half the price of a dream duffel and we have loved it. Love the sturdy zippers and the insulated pouch to store food and drink which is nice for those long competition days. I’m more than happy with this order! Very well made, quality material- not cheaply made like what you would find at a discount store. It’s comfortable to hold & has plenty of space for everything you may need. Would definitely recommend!!

I purchased the dance bag for dance competition as we needed a larger bag. On our second use the bag handle broke. I had read another review about reaching out directly to the company so I gave it a try. The customer service responded very quickly and after a quick review they offered to replace the bag. It is so nice to have a company stand behind their product. It’s a great size bag for my 2 dancers and the fabric seems very durable. It collapses very nicely for storage also.
