The handle broke before I was ever able to use it. Material inside began to separate. The siding also cracked!

I absolutely LOVE this suitcase! The first time I used it was a on a week long trip to Italy and I was very impressed with its performance. It held up well to airplane overhead bins, trains and cobblestone streets. It rolls very nicely and the handle feels very sturdy. Even my husband commented on how nice and well made it felt. With the help of packing cubes, I was able to fit 10 shorts, 2 pants, 11 T-shirts, 2 tank tops, 2 kimonos, 2 swimsuits, 5 dressy shirts, 2 pairs of sandals and enough socks, bras and underwear to last me through the apocalypse. That was not even having the suitcase expanded! I still had room to bring back souvenirs from our trip!

Broken zipper

Was a little upset that the package arrived a day later than estimated, (I have a flight coming up very soon and wanted to be prepared), but this luggage is exactly what I was looking for. I found the other 3 pieces from a department store at a great price and just needed the 28inch to complete my set! Very pleased!

I just used it once from San Diego to Atlanta and the thing cracked in the side.

I have yet to put this set to the test at the airport (only car travel so far) but I thoroughly enjoy the look, feel, interior, and compartmentalized pockets difficult to find in other similar luggage. I noticed the wheels and arm move smoother than other models that Ive used and is overall a very sleek and professional look. The strength of its exterior is perhaps a little more sturdy than your run-of-the-mill hardshell luggage and is great to have most of its corners protected.

These are very nice looking, durable and they move very smoothly. Very easy to maneuver while traveling.

Very fragile and brittle.

Beautiful color, very easy to roll, great features inside for organizing and protecting (pockets/zippers/straps). Have only used twice so can’t speak to longevity, but haven’t experienced any scratches (yet) like some of the other reviews. Would definitely buy again.
