Great camera for the forest on our backyard. We’re able to monitor wildlife and make sure no swamp creature comes out of the jungle! Excellent video quality and best of all no extension cords needed!

I don’t think I have ever been as disappointed in an electronic product in my life. I followed the directions to a T, because I had to, because absolutely nothing in the directions. They said worked the way it did actually work that way. I have set up tens of cameras prior to this and I have never had this much of an issue setting up a camera. The SD card that comes with it is so small that it can’t even run the camera for more than 15 minutes. You have to continually go into the app and delete any recordings or screenshots that the camera has taken or that you have accidentally taken, for this to even stream. And then, even after that 75% of the time the app says no SD card detected , or some confusion verbiage about their not being enough battery life, even though the app says it has 100% battery. Installing this was a pain in the butt. With some thing, that’s heavy, you want a stronger base and some thing that can attach in a variety of ways. The only way that this can attaches with screws to a wall. The base is pretty crappy plastic and won’t last long in the sun, same as the base for the solar panel. I wanted to put this on a pole, so I had to Jerry rig it to be able to hook it to a pole clamp type fixator. No matter how many options I change in the app, this does not alert me when it sees motion in the area I specified in the app, or any area. You have to physically go into the app and load the camera, which takes forever even on amazing Internet. Speaking of the app, you can’t even view your video stream without asking you to purchase something every single time. It is annoying enough to have to download an additional app, and learn that app and all its poorly translated phrases. I don’t mind doing so as long as the product works as it says it does in the instructions and on the listing. Lastly, the image quality is extremely terrible. Like laughable terrible. During the day, everything is bleached out, and you can only see the detail, and if something is high contrast. And then that you cannot see any detail just vague shapes. During the night, if you want to see anything, you have to turn the cameras light on from the app. And even then you can only see a portion of the screen. This is definitely not something you want to spend your money on. It is not even worth $10. I have not yet put my own SD card in it, but I am planning on doing so, to see if it changes anything. Because as of right now this is useless.

I ordered this for myself. I have been waiting and wanted a great security system. The reviews on this system all are excellent. I thought I would try it for myself. So far, I am happy I chose this. It will be a while before I really know if it has flaws. So far, there are not.

This is an awesome camera, very innovative, in terms of having it being able to connect to a Sim card. For my specific home we are off the grid, but do you have cell service nearby. Super easy to set up the cell service to the camera and the cameras itself was extremely easy to set up and install. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a more off grid approach to a security camera.

Unboxing this camera was easy. I had the options of following along the paper instructions or just simply follow the steps in the app from the QR code. Setup was quick and easy. I never installed a SIM card before but it was easy to do and use the provided tweezers to make the insertion simple. The camera set itself up rather fast and was ready to go. A nice feature is the white light motion sensor, so in addition to being a camera it detects motion and shines a bright light. In my picture the solar panel is installed at an odd angle, this is because of a tree that would block direct sunlight in the other direction. This angle does provide enough solar charge to keep the camera running all day and all night. Overall this camera is what was expected and the app is easy to learn and user friendly.
