Pros: does exactly what it says itll do. Sweeps and mops. Cons: the suction could be a little stronger. It does what I needed it to do. And for the price of this compared to others, its a steal.

Using this product for about a month now and I am quite satisfied with the performance so far. Have been using this vacuum cleaner almost everyday esp. in high traffic areas of home and result is there for all to see. As a good practice, I clean up the debris collection box at the end of each cycle. My home is a mix of hard flooring and carpet (not a thick one though) - the vacuum does keep on transitioning between the 2 surfaces nicely. To make life easier for the vacuum, i do keep movable furniture like chairs, center table , etc. to one side so that the vacuum has a free run and have noticed that the cleaning quality is much better this way. Havent used the MOP function so far so cant comment on that but overall happy with the purchase. Hopefully, the vacuum will continue to function in the same manner in future as well.

We are satisfied with the robot, but there are areas where it struggles. Specifically, carpet isnt its main forte. Its hard to download the app and is complicated to use. However, we love how quiet it is compared to some competitors and it does a solid job on wood floors, even with pet hair.

I ordered this as a gift for a close family member. It arrived very quickly. It’s the first robot vacuum I have purchased and it’s their first robot vacuum. They have had it for almost a week but they say it was easy to set up but still learning all the features. And haven’t used the mop feature yet. They are very happy and satisfied with the job it’s doing. She was concerned with it crossing the threshold but it has no problems. I’m very happy that they are enjoying the gift. Thinking I might have to get one for me.

I have an L-shaped kitchen island my Roomba could not navigate. This one has no problems. Im enjoying my floor being much cleaner! The capacity is good. I have a 5yo, and theres always good on the floor the suction is so good once it pulled a plastic bag with a can in it from under the couch and dragged it around the room. Now I always check under the couch. It can do my entire kitchen-dining living area in one charge. As far as the mopping, you fill a reservoir and attach a mop pad. It vacuums at the same time. It doesnt scrub, so its more like putting a shine on a floor thats not too dirty. Excellent value for the price.

This vacuum is great, but please do not expect the exact same suction or cleaning power of an upright vacuum cleaner. I bought it specifically for light colored dog hair and dark wood floors., and when I saw that it also mops, I was even more excited. It is a bit noisy, but not like an upright, so you get used to it. It’s smart, but not fail proof. There are times I find it’s cleaning the same rooms over again, so I just move it where I want it. It does find its base, and the charge lasts for a decent amount of time. You have to manually wet the mop, then stick it to the Velcro strips on the bottom. Once the mop is dirty or drying out, you just rewet. It’s nice as you can control the saturation. I haven’t used it on food messes, only dust, and light dirt. To recap: pleased with the product. Didn’t expect miracles at this price point, but couldn’t be happier. Better the bot than me! Full disclosure: I have yet to use the remote, so can’t speak to its functions.

This is the first sweeping robot we bought, cleaning effect is very good, because our family basically do not have time to clean, resulting in a dirty and messy home, but since the purchase of this sweeping robot, no longer need to spend time sweeping and mopping, all rely on it can be completed. It will automatically sense where there are objects and try to avoid them, especially many hygiene corners can be cleaned, saving energy and time. When you go out, you can also open the sweeping robot by cell phone to achieve true automation. The noise of vacuuming is not very noisy and the suction power is very strong! In most of the sweeping robot price is moderate, is a good choice!

We got this guy for a early black Friday deal. We are a poor house unit and usually cant afford higher end items like this. When this robo vaccum was on sale, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to get one. For context, Im chronically disabled and my partner is autistic. Cleaning has always been difficult, especially the floors. As disgusting as it is, we just sort of let the floor get bad. Hairs and debree got stuck, and our mop wasnt the best. We did sweep occasionally, but we are busy and have to go to my appointment, so there wasnt much we could do to handle the filth. Because homes usually get worse during the holidays because you are staying in more, I got a vaccum that wasnt a robot vacuum to help. However, we needed a mop, and our current mop wasnt very good. Because of that, even if $200 is a lot for people like us, we figured the deal was more than worth it because we very much needed it. And oh boy, we did. PROS: Cleans floors amazingly Isnt too loud Mops and vacuums at the same time, something that would otherwise be impossible with regular household gear and a regular cleaning regiment. Gives our house more life, and can be fun to look and interact with Is able to timed and customized endlessly with the in built app App is free Is easy to connect to charger CONS: Small water tank so it doesnt mop for very long. Water tank drips even when not attached to vaccum Gets stuck in desk chairs Has an AI which while advanced, may be lacking in certain areas since desk chairs and chairs in general are a major obstacle for it Can get large mads of hair stuck half way easily, leading to an awkward hair trail or something that could become a huge mess if not taken out Beyond that, this is a great product. I still rate it 5 stars despite the issues stated since theyre minor inconveniences and dont ruin the product. However if the company can improve the product, that would be very much appreciated.
