> 3 dayI absolutely love the robot vacuum! Vacuum has amazing suction, picks up hair and crumbs better than my dyson did. Has a mop and vacuum feature. I never see dust on my wood floors anymore since using this vacuum/mop I can spend more time for my other daily chores knowing my floors can be swept and mopped. Absolutely recommend this vacuum! Has features so awesome from manual to edge cleaning and random, can even send to go charge, by a click of the button. Connects to phone app. Ty for having such an amazing product available! Can use on carpet and wood floors!

Greater than one weekThis is my first robot vacuum with a mopping option. My first product, a Deebot still works but has needed service and recently a new battery. I moved into a new home with all wood & ceramic tile floors on the first floor. With all the sanding & painting we needed to do, the floors were always dusty and gritty even after a swiffer cleaning. My Deebot cleaned pretty well but I wanted the floor washed. I had an opportunity to buy this mop combo with a discount so I bought it after reading the reviews. If nothing else I would have a backup if the older one died again. It was easy to get started. It came quickly and almost fully charged from what I could tell. I plugged in the charger and let it charge for about 20 minutes and then set it loose. I was leaving the house for a while so I cleared everything out of the way. Easy to do in the living room since our furniture had not yet arrived. I filled it with tap water and watched it for a few minutes. I liked how it cleaned back and forth in parallel lines unlike my Deebot that went all over in a random pattern. At first I could not see the wetness but after a few seconds could easily see where it the floor had been mopped. We then left the home to hope for the best. When I came back home the living floor looked great! I forgot to close the bedroom door so I found it in my master bathroom on the rug. Oops! I emptied the dust bin and checked on the water. Very little water was used. The dust bin had a surprising amount in it since I thoroughly vacuumed before I started the mop. I returned it to the charger. Next time I will make sure to close the bathroom door and not worry about any prep of the floor since it did both jobs at the same time beautifully. I did not yet add the app and use the wi-fi function but will try that soon. One thing I missed from my Deebot was a pocket on the charger to store the remote. This one came with 2 AAA batteries for the remote and an extra set of replacement side brushes as well as one extra filter. Hopefully I will have many cleanings with my new robot.

> 3 dayThis was my first robotic vacuum cleaner, and my wife and I were skeptical about this one at first because we bought it at a highly discounted price. We couldnt be happier with it, however. Ive set it up on a schedule so it comes out of its nest every night at 1am and secretly cleans the whole main floor before returning to its slumber. Its like having an army of little elves that clean the house every night while everyone is asleep! The only thing Im not wild about is the mopping function, which doesnt seem to work quite as well as I expected, but this could also be due to user error. As for the primary vacuuming function, this thing is awesome.

> 3 dayThis works well and is affordable compared to many other brands. Love the different settings such as just doing the perimeter, also can do manual or spot cleaning. It transitions so easily from hardwood to carpet to tile. Has a built in mop but haven’t used that function. It does exactly what I need it to. It puts itself back into the charging station when you hit the home button. I’m really happy to have this help clean up all our dog hair and outside debris!

Greater than one weekI purchased this for my mom and she loves it! It was very easy to set up and with just a press of a button it cleans her floors. It has saved her time as she has a large villa with tile flooring. I recommend this product.

> 3 dayFirst of all, its not a roomba. Youre not going to get the same suction power and carpet cleaning as a roomba. BUT, dont let that deter you. Ive had a roomba, expensive, and it died too soon. This little robot does the job I ask it to do. I use it on bare floors and an area rug. It picks up all the dog hair and the dirt they track in. There is no roller brush, so you never have to struggle with cleaning the roller. You just dump the dirt cup, and brush out the filter. Easy peasy. I have two large dogs, and I run it every other day. Im too lazy to pick up their beds, toys, and the small rugs every day. The mopping feature is adequate to clean up the drool around their water bowl, and tidy up the footprints they track in. A couple of pointers: Make sure you have ALL your cords contained. She likes to get high-centered on the cords, so be diligent, and tie them up and get them completely out of the way of the robot. Another tip is if you have area rugs, tape down the corners. She seems to struggle with the rug, and after I taped it down, she rolls over the rug with no trouble. I am so glad I bought this robotic vacuum. I cannot stand stepping in dust and crumbs with my bare feet, and she does exactly what I ask her to do to keep me from being annoyed with dirt. Youre still going to need to do full vacuuming, but not nearly as often. Buy it, I dont think youll regret it, for the money, its totally worth it.

> 3 dayEasy to set up, easy to do pretty much everything. My only complaint is how easily it snags cord and wires, but that is easily remedied by keeping any wires from dragging the floor, even behind your couch. The low profile design allows this lil guy to go everywhere. We have a 115 pound doggo who sheds a lot, so the first time I ran the vacuum it needed to be emptied many times during the first run. Now I run it once a day, and empty it twice while it is running, and again when it returns to the charging station. Works great on our hardwood floors, not great at all on our rug, or our indoor welcome mat. The vacuum doesnt pick up large stuff very well, but it does great for dog hair and any dust. Ive not used the mop function though, so I cant be much help on that end.

Greater than one weekNot impressed, the sweepers run faster than my previous vacuum, this results in small debris and pet hair being pushed away from the intake. The intake could be bigger and angled after the sweeper to enable dirt to fill the holder. The debris the vacuum picks up gets jumbled at the intake and doesnt really allow additional debris to get picked up. I empty the holder after every use to avoid the problem. I have 2 small dogs and a cat they all shed but not enough for this vacuum to be overworked. It is just a poor design. I do like the slim nature to sneak under end tables and couches.

31-03-2025I was hesitant to purchase a robot vacuum due to cost. Im so glad I went ahead and purchased it! Ive only had a it for a few weeks but so far its done everything expected and Ive been very happy with it. It was easy to set up and get it up and running. I havent had a chance to use the mopping feature yet, but if it works as well as the vacuum I should be just as happy with the results. I do have a dog who sheds quite a bit and so far its done a great job keeping up with removing it.

Greater than one weekI never tried the mopping function before I returned it. I had tried a eufy previously and found this vacuum got stuck in my furniture far more often - several times a cycle. I decided to return this and repurchase the eufy. It would have been great if I had different furniture.
