It is exactly as pictures and seems to be well built. Glad I went with the tinted cover as it has an over all clean look to it. No issues with installation.

Our camper trailer came with a roof vent that had what could only be described as a very sad attempt to add a fan. The fan looked like it came out of a hair dryer and didnt even try to fit the opening. Since we had a whole-house fan at home, I thought replacing that sad fan with something better would allow it to be used to help ventilate the camper. I didnt want anything too fancy, and decided to give the Starvent a try.

I liked that this is less than1/2 the cost of a Fantastic Fan. $199 at time of review. It comes with 6 speeds. (Really more than you need.) Great poor mans RV air-conditioning. Works both as inhaust and exhaust. My install replaces an unpowered vent so this is an upgrade. Lucky me, I can splice into a light switch 2 inches away! Build quality looks good. My old fan cracked immediately, this looks sturdier.

Replaced cheap noisy original fan. Works great and a great value

A good replacement fan and was easy to install. The fan has multiple speeds, runs smooth and is relatively quiet. The ran is pretty expensive but most rv parts in general are overpriced. However; everything functions as it should so I’m happy with it.

This is a nice vent upgrade if you need one. My old 2001 class A needed an upgrade from the yellowing vent that was there before. It was a bit of work getting the old one off with all the sealant that they used. That being said make sure you have sealant before you start this project or else your going to have a hole in your roof with potential leaks that will 100% happen.

Definitely moves air and the flow is easily reversible. Make sure you buy proper sealant for the install.
