RVLock V4 Key Fob and Keyless Entry Keypad, RV/Motor Home Door Lock Accessories, Upgraded Full Metal Lock

This RV lock and handle work fine and fit my 1997 Road Ranger. It is getting hard to find parts that directly fit this old trailer(should get a new one but it is way too solid). For those of you that dont like the easy 10 minute install, May I suggest getting drunk twice on your one night off and working on it at midnight. Losing screws in the dark and in gravel made me thirsty. I will suggest using a manual screwdriver or different screws, my Dewalt snapped the head off a screw for the striker plate. The instructions say to plug in the wires and that you will hear a tone, mine decided not to make a tone. After another beer I proceeded to remove the provided batteries and lose these screws as well. I changed the batteries with new ones, drank two more brain grenades found the screws and still no tone. A few beers later I had a finished product and tested it. It works fine. It was easy to set the code and program the fobs( no fobbits were injured). I guess my lock just didnt make the initial tone and the Duracell batteries provided are fine. It does make a tone when locked and unlocked but its not as horrible as others have stated, at least as far as I remember.

Easy installation. Easy programming. This will keep my keys in my pocket where they belong.

Everything fit perfectly and worked perfectly, just as described. Also, excellent instructions. Our best RV accessory purchase ever. I like the idea of the chime to confirm when locked or unlocked, but this one is too loud. I know I can disable the sound but dont want to. Just wish volume was controllable. Would recommend this for any RV owner. Anyone can install it in a few minutes.

Product was easy to install on GD Imagine 2970RL. One key FOB did not work but customer service shipped replacement immediately. Nice to have extra security and not having to carry keys. Programming FOB and adding code was very easy.

We love our RV lock. It makes it so easy to enter our RV even with our hands full of stuff. Youre not digging for your keys. Even if we forget our keys when we walk our dogs, theres no panic. Just enter your code and youre good to go!

From finding what would fit to ordering and installing simple. Finally a straightforward installation. Took long to find the screw driver then install. If you want security…. Buy this product….. you have a key (just in case), the key pad and two FOB’s wow…. Thank you RVlocks for make something simple to install but stand up to the outside world

Overall a great product so far. Easy install, heavy-duty feel to it, everything works as it should. I had to knock the review down by one star because the remotes and the keypad only unlock the deadbolt, not the handle. Id also like to see an extra number button for the numbers 9 and 0, which are not included on the lock. This limits some of our usual codes. The last drawback is that the instructional videos linked from the install instructions dont match with this version of the lock. The drawbacks are small - overall I like the product and would recommend it.

Very easy to install and actually made it easier to close our 5th wheel door versus the stock door lock that came on our rig. It was relatively easy to install and program the outside lock with our code. Unfortunately, we have had issues getting the key fob to unlock both the upper and lower locks. Still trying to figure it out before we have to call customer service.

This is the best thing we have ever added to our camper! I hated having to have my keys when traveling, going to the beach or even just going for a walk. No more juggling thing while looking for keys or fighting with the lock. Super easy and works great!
